中華民國憲法及政府精選片段 (The Constitution and Government of the Republic of China Highlights w/ Eng Sub)

This course consists of three core topics: (1) general theories of constitutions, (2) central government organizations and the powers of constitutional agencies, and (3) judicial review of constitutionality. Its purpose is to familiarize students with the design and implementation of the constitutional system of the Republic of China. The students are required to read and digest relevant cases of constitutional review by the Grand Justice Council, so as to be introduced to the rule of law framework for constitutional issues. The course aims to provide basic understanding of constitutional jurisprudence and nomocracy, preparing students with a solid foundation in public law and the rule of law necessary to become leaders of the modern world. For those who do not intend to pursue a career in politics, the essential training provided by this course is to help them develop into active, informed and responsible citizens.

臺大政治系 陳淳文教授
本課程分憲法學之一般理論、中央政府體制與憲法機關職權、及違憲審查制度等三大部分。期望學生能瞭解我國政治性憲法之內容及實際憲政運作。為使修習者能進入法治國的世界裡，本課程要求學員必須能夠閱讀並理解大法官之相關解釋。整體授課目標在於建立修習者之基本憲法學與法治主義之相關知識，使其具備現代統治菁英應有的公法學基礎與法治觀。對於將來不以政治為其職業者，亦能透過本課程之訓練，成為一個現代法治國之成熟公民。

中華民國修憲條文共12條，將"中國"替換成"台灣"，這是"台灣憲法"，不是"中國憲法"。 修憲後，「憲法一中」的中華民國憲法第三章(第25條至第34條)的國民大會(停.止.適.用)了。

華獨，是中華民國是治理台灣獨立主權的國家，沒有必要宣布獨立，卻可以另外宣布正名制憲建國。台獨，是台灣主權獨立，台灣主權早已經(實質)獨立了。為何要再一次台獨？怎會是搞台獨？建國，是制憲正名建國。 台灣是尚未(法理)正名建國，而不是再一次台獨。
