忠義拳之「上步撩掌」與「翻身背摔」應用 ZhongYi Quan “Turn and Throw” Application

忠義拳在1987年由多位當代武術大師編創。之後由各家門派與學校流傳。風味大有不同。先師陳長霖對忠義拳極為重視，將它八極拳的特色凸顯；像磨磐步、捻步等。加上忠義拳中馬步與弓步穿插，對膝蓋關節的強度與傷害不像小八極要求來的高。更適合初入門的學員練習。

Zhong Yi Quan was designed by multiple top masters around the late 80s. Then we pass down and taught very differently in “flavor” between lineages and styles. Our school emphasize ZYQ’s Bajiquan characteristics due to the grinding steps throughout the form. Also the fact that ZYQ has a good balance between horse stance and bow stance in the form. Therefore it does not require as much pressure to the knees; it is suitable for beginners to get into the Baji system.

I notice when excuting the throw, the method 2 on 3:54 is way better than the method one on 2:89, becuase the oppenent's fist (the free hand/oppenet's right) can't hit you.

*既紳士又有智慧 因為他們直接學「大八極」，比較好看、威猛。其實忠義拳是一套非常有深度的拳，只是被輕忽了。

忠義拳是在1986年由多位台灣當代武術大家一齊編創出來的。原名為「精忠拳」，目的是給軍隊做格鬥訓練教材。這看似樸實的拳包含著八極、形意、八卦、長拳、摔跤的招意技法在內，是非常實用的一套拳。
