Can you point ou the thickness of the flat board?

Thank you for comment. It depends on the size of the dish, but thinks that about around 1cm is good. I think that it is all right even if I make it more thinly if the size of the dish becomes small. Slightly scary in what become easy to be broken when I use it when I make it thinly. But I think that you should decide thickness which you make much of because I can make it lightly.
