It got over HK $34M ( yr 1986 ) breakthrough the box office before yr 1986 in Hongkong . At that time ( 1986 ) the price of Luxury apartment ( arrd 2000 sq feet ) at famous location only charged 2.3 to 2.6M for 1819 sq ft , 3.3 M for 2300 sq ft ( full sea view ) , now yr 2023 , selling asking 32M to 49M

At that time Mr Chow was black listed by the Movie Director & invester ( poor of box office fm his previous movies ) . The invester promised to invest under the condition term of Leslie Cheung promising ( mentioned by that movie producer Tsui Hard ) . The concern by the investor was Leslie already be a super idol , the others are poor box office .
