Dear Cardinal, Please allow the Servants of the Plan of God to establish a province in Hong Kong. They are based in Peru and look atter Chinese immigrants in North and South America. They are better known for their musical band SERVIAS. One of the nuns is Sister Jessica a Hong Kong born Chinese. They can do a lot for Hong Kong and gain many postulants from Asia.
