Thank you soooo much for this video. I used "actually" a lot in teamwork and everyone looked awkward. I hate myself 😭

If you want to ask other people if they have done things they supposed to do, instead of asking "have you done that?" or "did you do that?", you may as well say, "have you had a chance to do that?".

I feel like u understand every single point!!!!

I’m sorry I totally forgot让人觉得不专业的部分是totally forgot这半句 如果是说I’m sorry/I apologize. This won’t happen again

Hey Maggie, could you please do some videos on informal situation where we would probably use it in our daily conversation. At times I'd used some improper or unsuitable vocabulary words inadvertently with friends during our catch up session. Thank you. 💖😊

Great video and great explanation!!! I feel that Americans are overly positive and this video confirmed it LOL. It seems like they really need to sugarcoat everything especially at work, and I experienced it while I was working in the US. It seemed like the managers never really "scolded" anyone even though the mistakes could be really terrible. Over here and most other parts of the world, they would be more direct. E.g. "not bad" means "good" in British but "not bad" means "very bad" in the US

Disagree item 3. Apologize is way serious and should be avoided in using in work environment. Similarly use error instead of mistake. Mistake is too serious 2.
