zhaojun dai 这个就有难度了，毕竟药品和病症属于专业英语。所有的医学名称并不是英语，大部分来自拉丁语和希腊语还有一少部分来自其他少数语种。每一种病症的名称是由前缀，词根和后缀组成。每一个部分用来形容症状。医学术语称为medical terminology。

對不起，我只能這樣做，麻煩大家用幾分鐘看一下。 《2019年逃犯及刑事事宜相互法律協助法例（修訂）條例草案》（英語：Fugitive Offenders and Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Legislation (Amendment) Bill 2019），民間及媒體報導俗稱「逃犯條例」、「引渡條例」、「送中條例」等，是香港特別行政區政府提交香港立法會審議的一法律草案，以向中國大陸、澳門和臺灣等司法管轄區移交嫌疑人和進行法律協助。草案由香港行政長官林鄭月娥倡議[1]，並得到中央政府肯定和支持[2][3]。此提案源於潘曉穎命案，現時香港法律無法向台灣當局移交疑犯，同時特區政府宣稱原有逃犯移交條例不包括中國大陸及澳門亦是「法律缺陷及漏洞」，因而訂定該條例。 香港特區政府在沒有事前知會的情況下於2019年2月12日下午2點將逃犯修例修訂草案上載到立法會的修例文件，在兩小時後，「建制派」黨派民建聯聯同遇害女子的母親舉行記者會，促請政府盡快修例以便移交涉案疑犯陳同佳，正式啟動逃犯條例修訂草案的立法程序，但法案的公眾諮詢期卻一反過往有最少一個月的常態，政府以「極逼切修例」為由縮短諮詢期至只有20日[4]。該條例若獲得通過，行政長官將可運用新訂單一個案件提交的方式移交被告，不再經立法會審議，香港法庭審轄權維持不變，有權審視案件有否表面證供，無權盤問證人。移交必須按照「兩地同屬犯罪」原則，可移交控罪須在香港也屬於犯罪行為[5]，除謀殺罪及誤殺罪外，也涵蓋賄賂、欺詐出入境當局等30多項可判監7年或以上之控罪[6]，香港政府亦可協助中國大陸等司法區凍結沒收在港財產[7][8]。草案甫經提出，便招致社會各方質疑和關切香港司法管轄區享有的獨立司法權或遭削弱，甚至憂慮中共利用法例涵蓋範圍羅織罪名任意拘捕及引渡任何身在香港的人士到內地，令被引渡人士面對無理的長期覊押、刑求、不公平審判及酷刑，使逃犯條例成為政治打壓的工具。大律師公會、律師會、多個宗教團體等聲明反對修例包括引渡至內地[9]
