Whatever you guys are doing, do not go on a witch-hunt without any evidence! So far, two of her “old bosses” (one of them is Yu Zheng) were wrongly accused, and this just makes ZLS look bad. Considering YZ did help her quite a bit in the early stage of her career. One extra thing for everyone to think about: ZLS claimed she failed auditions, yet in all her career, she was only being in a supporting roles 3 times. That’s very little comparing to many other actresses. And one of the supporting role was for YZ’s untouchable lovers, where she’s the main antagonist (not a commoner supporting role). Long story short: you can demand for her right, but don’t go poking the wrong tree and you will shun her future 😒

Her statements with regards to her abuser was vague so it is anyone's guess. It is Yu Zheng himself who basically exposed himself as having a guilty conscience by posting a reaction in a highly defensive way. No one mentioned him. He was the one who brought attention to himself. So, before you accuse Lusi's fans of "witchhunt" you better check your own resources and facts. we, her international fans are supporting her the best way we know how, and that is using our voices to be heard. If Lusi quits acting, then we will support her decision. What matters most to us now is her health and well being. And also, just because she was a support character 3 times doesn't mean those 3 times were the only times she auditioned. From what I hear, she has auditioned multiple times before getting those support roles. It is just that, she is so talented that she easily shone through despite her characters being simply support roles. And fyi, she didn't become popular during her Untouchable Lovers drama. It was her The Romance Of Tiger And Rose (TROTAR) drama that made her recognizable and it was that very same drama that Yu Zheng tried to discourge her from leaving his current show that Lusi was in for that drama, he even made snide remarks about TROTAR, that it will not be successful, yet lo and behold! It was that very drama that put Lusi on the map. People started getting interested in her. This is also the time when Yu Zheng covertly dissed Lusi on his post by refering to her as "Green Tea" and we all know what that means in the Chinese entertainment industry. He was the one who started that nickname on her but the meaning of it was for from the truth. The truth is, Yu Zheng was being a bitter bitch for not being able to hold on to Lusi. ZHao Lusi was basically his "The One That Got Away". Don't ever assume her fans don't know the real deal here. Especially her chinese fans. They are far better connected on the inside than most would assume.

According to the comment that Zhao Lusi wrote, her present condition is the result of a years long developing depression which caused all kinds of mental and physical problems. Such an illness is generally not caused by a single event, but is the result of not being treated properly and a series of events that may be harmless in itself but cause damage due to the condition of the one who is sick. Therefore the hunt for a villain or the pointing of fingers to the one responsible is neither sensible nor helpful. The main point is that ZL finally gets proper treatment and finds a way to deal with the depression. This is by no means easy and a success is not guaranteed. We as fans can only hope that ZL finds the strength to recover and to return to her hard and demanding job. Because she is a great actress.

Hi Marcus... Glad Lusi spoke up about the mental health issues. As a person who, like Lusi, tends to think positively and want to put the best face on things, I can attest to the reality that even the most positive thinking and talking through things are not enough to deal with depression. There has to be consistent treatment and awareness that physical issues can be both cause and symptom of the disease. I'm very glad she's stopped being "magnanimous" and is taking the time and care needed to bring herself back to wellness. And as an aside, I wonder how those fans who have been complaining about her "new look" over the last few months feel now? At a time when she was going through a lot, all they did was make it worse .... smh .... kindness is the best policy. All the events surrounding Zhao Lusi from before her debut to date, are food for some serious "thought". Few indeed pause to think that "behind" the mostly "fictional" characters on screen, there are flesh & blood individuals whose "talent" is the ability to "bring to life" imaginary graphic "personas" or what are mere "words" on paper. The intricacies of "acting" are simply neither known nor universally appreciated as are, for example, the rigors of musicianship. Zhao Lusi is an exceptional person whose wish to communicate with others in a positive way is heartfelt. The remark that a soul deep (clinical) depression cannot be "overcome" by "thinking positively" is a hard lesson that Zhao Lusi herself has learned. The phrase "think positively" is not as benign as it sounds; it can actively delay the implementation of the changes necessary to rectify what is causing harm to a person's mental wellbeing. As for the various denials of "guilty involvement": some methinks "protest" their innocence too much. What is there to "deny" if one has always behaved in a "decent, correct" manner (whatever the "past" type of interchange or contact)? May it be perhaps be that the "integrity" of actions of some of these ladies/gentlemen cannot survive investigation?

I was schooled on the vengeful attacks against artists in the entertainment industry. It wasn’t until this young man gained support from a newly formed label that he was able to combat the vicious false rumors pushed forward by a group of netizens hard set on destroying this young artist. That is why I’m hoping that Ms. Zhao is able to get a great legal team. In turn they will get a great PR team that can handle the media issues that may arise. No matter how I look at ZL’s situation it makes me sad to see such a promising talent end up with a very serious and debilitating illness. Hi 👋; Strange Cases look great; they reunite after KP. If I haven’t put it on my watchlist, I will. ZLS is 100% correct in bringing awareness to mental illness especially depression. You cannot bottle emotions up because even depression can turn into a neurological condition which I still think is what she’s facing right now. What is making me mad is that absolutely no one from agency to agent to producer to whomever is taking any responsibility for it. It’s as if she beat herself up or they never ignored her obviously alarming symptoms on December 14. These people deserve to be sued and imprisoned. Thanks for the update Marcus, Hopefully Lusi found confronting her tormentors cathartic and takes the time to disengage and heal properly before jumping back into the rat race. She has already achieved so much more than so many other actresses that have a couple years on her that she can afford to take the time she needs and her fans should give her space. I wonder if this is going to lead to a slew of Me Too stories. It may not hurt to name and shame some of the known offenders in the business. Meanwhile The Blossoming Love is not my favorite genre at all but wow Zhang Binbin and Sun Zhenni are on fire!!! Now this is what I call a hot CP!!! As for Sun Zhenni, she is really a young actress to watch. This girl can give a masterclass in flirting!!!

Thank you 🙏 for the update Marcus 😊 I’m still sad 😔 for Shao Lusi but I’m praying 🙏 that she will recover and rest for a while 🩷 Depression is a serious 🧐 sickness 😢I’m upset about who had been bullied her 😞she will definitely need lots of support and understanding 😊 As 3 of my children did suffer, some depression in their life and we seek help as parents is not enough and need professional assistance, Counselling and physiology help which we did help them with some medication 👍🩷💖 for at least a year for 1 child and another for many years and the youngest also many years of help but not medicated but all of them are now ok 👌🏽 but we continue to support them even now they are over 30 and youngest is 28 ❤ we keep praying 🙏 🙏🙏 that they will keep healthy and well all the time 👍 I started yesterday the blossoming love but unsure about us it’s to early 2 episodes Still enjoying Guardians of the Dafeng 👍 I’m excited of Yang Zi and Li Xian collaboration 💜 Happy Chinese watching ❤

I couldn't possibly know the truth of the situation with Zhao Lusi but I know a little about sincere concern and apologies. None of the responses from her former 'handlers' sound as if they actually care about her but more about their images and status. The last one asking that Zhao Lusi "Please say something..." when it is obvious that she is ill and not in a good place sounds a bit too self-serving. When a person has an attorney make a statement it is generally accepted to be a sign of some amount of guilt. My thoughts are with Zhao Lusi; it seems that she needs a great deal of time and care to heal.

I hope Lusi will now take care herself and realize that her health comes first. I found it really odd why she was working back to back so fast 🤨 3 dramas nonstop! Her body is so frail and too thin it’s concerning that she might become anorexic which that would been so sad for her. I have been Lusi’s fan since 2019 and she is beautiful and talented- I hope those people who have done her wrong will be held accountable if not blacklisted! I agree with you on Dafeng, but on reflection with the web drama as well. Nothing else major has dropped, though if the Zhang Binbin drama is web based it may make some waves next week. This first 10 days of the new year looks to be more interesting than I originally anticipated, though, so we'll have to see how things change next week.

Maybe out of topic. Jeju air under investigation by South Korean authorities. Jeju air is low cost carrier (LCC). For LCC time was their golden goose, so they must fly as much as possible in the day so cost can be reduced. That’s why they can sell cheap tickets. Just remember that they just have 30 minutes for preparation to the next flight. It doesn’t enough to check every single component onboards. Pilot must check outside and inside plane. Review all with the technician. Check the fuel etc. So me myself will choose full service airline (find promotion fare). It’s my own opinion by the way. Just share my knowledge😊.
