How do you figure that converting 500 workload into 400 materials is a worse return than 300 workload to 200 materials? You're literally getting the same materials with less workload by having a single t3 mine over two t1 mines.

labour retention i would guess easier to reach how much labour he needs and control when you only need 900 versus 1500

I made kholek my buddy as grimgor started war with me and took blizzard peak and icepewer / Gorgor rock and gave it to kholek and thats how i got a defensive pact but after grimgor made a peace treaty and i went to the other side and now im going to fight the others on the other side

I just started a zhatan campaign, and im on turn 40ish and kolek is still kicking. And may have taken out vilich but he started it.
