I admit that I still have to back up the video a few times, and I am VERY grateful your tutorials include a transcript to which I can further understand precisely. This pattern is actually a 6 stitch/6 row repeat and it took me a few re-runs to understand fully. I am well on my way to complete this hat. It makes me look forward to starting another as I am crocheting hats 3 to 5 hours daily to donate to children's hospitals and cancer patients. My crochet skills are exploding, many thanks to you.

I'm sorry to say that I needed you to show every step before going to the next stitch. Showing every stitch when the pattern would have helped me alot. Your hands move so fast that I needed to keep stopping and backing up the video.

Hi....how do you count the rows on the band. Do you count the raised rib, the flat area or both to get the right multiple for pattern. Thanks Steve

Hi 👋 you have to count the rows when you crochet the band and make groups of 4 rows and measure the length of the band continuously while crocheting and if you have not yet reached the desired size, add a group of 4 again

😄😄😄You can open it and watch the video again carefully and draw the pattern on the paper at the same time and then crochet it from the pattern.
