From what you’re saying, the story is kind of like Cha Gao is similar to tea army rations? They were meant to be fast, convenient, last a long time, and still give you a little bit of nutrition. But the process of making it basically over brews the tea and kills off all the good chemicals that you get from that kind of tea in the first place. The marketing is quite deceiving in my opinion, as it implies that there are actually MORE health benefits since it’s so concentrated and takes a long time to make. If the historically accurate and true traditional reason for making it was for practicality, not for its health benefits, then that’s why the marketing feels so uncomfortable. Am I understanding right? 😅 Wonderful video and honestly very enlightening!

Thanks for the comment! Well said, "uncomfortable marketing". That sums it up.

Cannabis industry is experimenting with this by extracting resin in a cold way (I don't remember the process or if it's CO2) but maybe that can help to create a resin that can keep more of its ingredients.
