The Russian song expresses the pure, ideal and long lasting love everyone is searching. The Chinese song talks about a depressed person in the night life district and thinking about casual, quick happiness. Combined, most of us have both in our mind at certain time… He presents every song with unique ways, a true artist. Thank God that I can hear such beautiful voice along with his singing techniques and performances before I die. I wish more outside of China can hear his voice.

When Zhou Shen looked for a song for his Singer 2020 performance, he preceded the song with another popular original Russian folk song (in China, it has been translated as 红莓花儿开). Charlie studied 1 year of dentistry in Ukraine then he changed his major to Bel Canto for 4 years. He graduated from Livi National Musical Academy. He also said his classmates would switch languages speaking with him so he learned a little of each English Polish Italian. He also speak French and Japanese. Zhou Shen still has big room for improvement, the melody and voicing are his fortes, while the articulation and rythm are where he needs to work harder on, also the transition from low pitch to high pitch still needs improvement though he's superb in high pitch.

Yes...love to see his improvement for every songs he sang. His most comfortable zone is soprano. He cannit sing like Dimash but both of them can incorporate classical and contemporary music in a good way. Dimash is more handsome. Zhou Shen is more cute.

You do not have to know a language to be able to sing in it. Just learn the lyrics phonetically and make sure you get the right emotion across. Dimash does it in 12 languages, yet he is not a multilingial wizzard.🙃
