I love that they went on a rant about sparkling water 🤣 I don't really like sparkling water but I'll drink it if I feel a bit indisposed (or it's lemon flavoured). Here in my country, most people only drink it when they have indigestion because most of our sparkling water comes from natural hot springs so it has properties (like various minerals) you wouldn't find in factory made sparkling water that help with sickness. There are even sort of rehabilitation centres located at those natural hot springs where you can stay for a few weeks and get treatments for various diseases (mostly orthopedic diseases) with the water.

Ziah, i'm european, we drink sparkling water a lot. at least in germany. In Germany, more sparkling water is drunk than in almost any other country in the world. If you come here to Germany and say "a glass of water pls" it'll most lilely be cold sparkling water with a slice of lemon, unless you want free water bc you get free water from the tab here at every restaurant BUT like i'm telling you, most germans grow up with sparkling water everywhere (ofc there's exceptions) and for me it's the case, especially being sorrounded by restaurants and having family business. We're also not as used to drinking as much soda/sweet drinks in America for example, and if, it's most likely just spezi (mix of cola and fanta), cola, sprite or fanta and those often as knocks off from local places bc it's "healthier" and like dofferent types of lemonades, most likely oroducee in glass bottles from the nearest water sources, for example a big one in my federal state is "Adelholzener". Drinks like that in general here are not as sweet as american Sodas, so we are used to flavoured waters, sparkling water that tastes really fresh and good but also silent water from good water sources. AND sparkling water is not unhealthy, at least not in germany. Drinking still or sparkling water therefore remains a choice based on personal taste rather than health effects. There is no evidence that carbonated water is unhealthy. On the contrary: it even promotes digestion and quenches thirst.

Most carbonated water doesn't have sugar/or substitute sugar in it at all. I like it because I enjoy carbonation and flavored water. :) I really don't like flat water so that's why I choose it instead.

You were talking about how hard english is for a non speaker, well, as a french speaker, english is really easy. 😅 In french, you can have two or three spellings for the exact same word. 🤨 Just why? And you will find a mute letter in a middle of a word. Again! Why? And I’m not even talking about the grammar rules, the time verbs, etc. I love french. It’s a really beautiful language. The recording of the guys around the table celebrating and V & Jimin was after one of the nights they performed in LA. Each night 2 of the members would meet with ARMY live to rehearse the night. Really cool, what group does that. They do it instead of going to the LA parties because ARMY helped them to become the greatest boy band. It also keeps them out of trouble with photographers.
