Love you guys and watch your channel all the time. I’ve not yet cooked any of your recipes (one day maybe) as we have a brilliant takeaway nearby! 99.99% of ethnic Brits don’t hate the Chinese people, we hate the Chinese government. I’m glad Boris has talked about a bolt hole and path to citizenship for Hong Kong residents. Chinese are the best immigrants. Intelligent, hardworking, peaceful, disciplined, innovative and resourceful. They love family, honour elderly, value education, embrace tradition, respect the law and make great food! What’s not to love? Don’t let the nasty comments from the scumbags upset you x

You've summed up my feelings on Chinese immigrants and their families. Growing up, the only non British takeaways near me were Chinese restaurants. We'd get a takeaway as a treat and it would be split amongst us. I'd sometimes be sent round just for a gravy for a meal my mum was making at home, and the owner would sometimes give me it for free (my mum obviously figured out how to use a cute child to her advantage). I have nothing but respect for the hard work and community spirit that these people brought with them. They've only added to our culture as far as I'm concerned.

Having lived in England, Somerset to clarify, I always said nothing could convince me to even go back to visit.... Now I am thinking I need to come and visit your restaurant! Unfortunately a lot of the ingredients (especially the squash for sweet and sour) you use I can not obtain in the very tiny northern Alberta, Canada community I live in, but I am making a list for when I visit the big city 9 hours drive away. I have made your pancakes, dry beef chow mein, bbq pork and sweet and sour chicken balls and it is all to die for! Thanks for the wonderful videos and great banter, I introduced my brother to your channel and he gave you the highest compliment Chin, "he is the kind of guy you just want to sit down with to have a beer".

I live in a small ontario town and also can't find things like the orange squash, I used tang but concentrated, not with the whole amount of water and it worked quite well. Might want to try that??? If I get down to the city I will try and find some real squash but when I was looking for it, someone from England suggested the tang so I tried it and it was good even if not the original.

Another amazing recipe. Had to go shopping at my local Chinese supermarket as my ingredients had all ran out haha spent so much but all worth it following your channel. Learnt so much even best way to cook the beef, mine was always boiling....top tip ever to leave it alone at first. Definitely buying the book! Also genius using potato starch instead of corn. The channel that keeps on giving.

I cooked this last night and it was superb! Do you have a recipe for prawns with ginger and spring onion? When I've had it from the takeaway, it is in a translucent / white sauce so I guess there is little soy on it? Thanks! Keep up the great work!

OK, now I have to go to the grocery store and get the ingredients for this!!! I have tried the fried rice which was awesome and have about 3 other recipes I am planning on making too. My big problem is which to do first!!!!! They all look great!!! Thank you so much for sharing AND for teaching this Canadian how to cook rice properly!!! (I always ended up with starchy rice, didn't know you needed to rinse the rice first!!! What a difference!!)

Awesome vids! I actually bought the smaller version of your WOK and it was a very good buy. Much easier to do stir frys and fried rice than using a standard wok. All I need now is some of those large utensils for stiring the food. The ones I got are wooden and seem to burn resting on side of pan lol.

I have to admit I've tried various woks and pans and the one I'm currently using is a £9 non-stick pan from aldi that seems pretty good. I don't expect it will last forever, but it is doing well so far. Better than some of the more expensive ones I've tried.

Hi Chin and Choo. Another great, fun video as usual. I think I've watched all of your videos now but there's one thing I'd really like to see (let me know if I'm a Muppet and you already did it) - Chicken Pad Thai. I worked as a delivery driver for my local Chinese takeaway and at end of shift I got a meal - maybe 2 or 3 times a week I'd go for Chicken Pad Thai. That was 10 years ago when I lived in London. Now in Yorkshire I can't find any takeaway that does it. One for a future video maybe?

Hey Ziang family! I love watching your channel and used your recipes many many times and they are my favourite. On your videos you always say "this is not how we cook at home", I love your takeaway recipes but am also curious of how you cook these dishes at home. Are you planning to show us some recipes that you make at home with your family, on a daily basis? Cheers!

I honestly cannot understand the mentality of some people. Why anyone would have anything mean to say to the pair of you is beyond me. Also, your rapport is amazing. Family goals. You're absolutely adorable together. I bought the wok you linked on Amazon and it arrived yesterday. Seasoned it and made a chow mein using tips from your videos and it was bloody lovely (best I've ever managed). I'll be giving this one a go as well, it looks amazing. You two are adorable together, never change!

ok I'm making this right now and it's a nightmare rewinding the video backwards and forwards trying to get all the ingredients together! Any chance you can write them down in the description in future? :D My girlfriend has also tried ordering your book for fathers day but you don't deliver to Dubai, any suggestions?! thanks!

Hi we don't write them down because we have the book, we will have intertional shipping back soon, but the book is a pre order, its on its way but at least 2 weeks away from us actually having it
