Cooking for 25 in Boxing Day so don’t want to fry at the time. Can I cook them and freeze them then on the night put them all in the oven to reheat?

I have a twin drawer Ninja, so any airfryer recipes would be greatly appreciated.... Maybe a short series, on what oriental recipes can and CAN'T, be attempted in an airfryer?? BTW I'm 77, so anything for an old guy like me would be great 😁

I'm allergic to MSG, makes me have terrible headaches, like immediately😢 i have flashing lights in my eyes, immense reaction that I have to go into a dark room and drink lots of water. It does taste better with msg though. 😋

I absolutely love this recipe - I nailed it first time but then my family said they would prefer more noodles in the dish so the second time I used two lucky boat nests. This time the noodles have come out stodgy / mushy and stuck together. I couldn't get them to brown at all - where did I go wrong. I have ordered book 1 - looking forward to trying some of your other recipes😁

I have just watched the chicken chow mein one and I think I worked out where I went wrong - I boiled the noodles for ages, didn't realise the 3.5 / 4 minutes was important!

Love you dont use sesame oil. I feel like that's a common mistake that makes most "Chinese" dishes taste fake

I have to tell you, what you are doing is absolutely brilliant. I have learned so much, I have made chicken chow mein with the velveteen technique, absolute genius it made life so much easier to getting juicy succulent chicken and as for the egg fried rice, another recipe again so brilliant that i can use with other meals. keep up the good work. I'm always looking forward to your next videos
