@@fredmre sorry, I dont have a HUE bridge. Most probably it will.

Great video. Thanks. Can this be connected to an NS Panel Pro 120 to replace a 1 gang wall switch?
@csongorvargaАй бұрын
@Sibz Yes, you add it to the NS Panel Pro screen to be controlled from there.

You can have matter over ziggby with this? Wich Hub do you recomend?

I wish they make some 2 gang and 3 gang variants because in reality, many of our light switches are 2 gang and even 3 gang and putting two or three minis in a box is very challenging
@csongorvarga4 ай бұрын
Sonoff Dual has 2 gang, but it is not as small as this. I think in this form factor, only 1 relay can be fitted. I have not seen 3 gang version at all, I think there is just not enough space to fit all the required electronics.

@@csongorvarga i have successful managed to get 3x minis in a standard 35mm UK double backbox, but its not easy and takes some really careful cable dressing.

Just thinking Tuya has 4 gang variant in almost same size. How do they manage electronical components?
@BranagornАй бұрын
@@pauladamson9763is that really what the solution is? I’ve spent the past day or so trying to find a zigbee dimmer that could work on a 3 gang rocker switch (just use dimming function via app / voice control rather than physical switch like candeo). and I can’t find anything, the solution is just to put multiple within a single box?

Detached relay is a godsent for smart bulbs. You can keep them always powered and use the switch signal to control them. I really want to test it with zigbee group binding, because that would make my setup virtually unbreakable - the switch will work even if the coordinator dies.
@csongorvarga4 ай бұрын
Intetesting... You mean that you would keep the relay on all the time, and if the coordinator dies you can still connect the relay and control the light with the switch and relay? But if the coordinator dies you will loose connection to the mini as well to disable the detached mode. I don't see the advantage.
@jacek_7904 ай бұрын
@@csongorvarga Smart bulbs need to be powered all the time, even if they are off. Once you decouple the relay you can control the smart bulb with whatever home automation platform you use: switch on > light on, switch off > light off. But if you use zigbee group binding and link the (now decoupled) relay with the bulb, it skips the coordinator altogether - no middleman that can break.

@@jacek_790 Have you tested it? I wasn't able to bind it, although there are some indication they wanted to implement it. There is OnOff cluster exposed on the output. Maybe we get this feature with future FW updates!
@jacek_79016 күн бұрын
@@andraz007 I did test it with FW 1.0.2, and I have the same findings. It doesn't bind properly, but when bound the bulb does report state whenever I toggle the switch, so I also feel it's close and might arrive in a FW update 🤞
@andraz00716 күн бұрын
Wow, I did not know that! With Ikea Rodret button switch the binding works well, whereas with the new Somrig it doesn't, but they both have OnOff output clusters exposed. Not sure what is going on, why they expose the clusters their intendant use is for binding, which then doesn't work. Please contact Sonoff support regarding this.

The delay on the scene with sensor is probably due to the temp sensor sending signal each 60 secs so it depends on where you are when u start the scene...u should try the same with mqtt to see if it is like that
