If you look from the above verse you can see that Moses allowed wives who committed adultery because of the hardness of the hearts for the husbands otherwise God wanted the husbands to give their wives if they asked for forgiveness. So it's not proper to say adultery is an unforgivable sin and a person can't remarry. In actual fact if couples in a marriage have forgiving hearts they shouldn't divorce if the guilty part asks for forgiveness. tMathew 19 v 9 says if a man divorces a wife except kana pane hupombwe, then that's when the two are still tied together, they are still married because there was no infidelity then the wife divorced without infidelity can not be remarried because she is still tied to the previous husband, but 1 Peter 4v8 speaks of how love covers a multitude of sins, which means even when there is infidelity the husband can still choose to forgive the wife just like Christ did for us all and the only sin the Lord Jesus says cannot be forgiven is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit ( Mthw 12 v 31)
