Great magic trick! Though you might want to be careful; in some states you could technically be found criminally liable for desecration of human remains. It is rare that a prosecutor would pursue it, however.

Why don’t you just admit that it’s a trick and you actually cut her into three pieces in advance?

Not the best way to slide the middle out, you have to make it seamless when you slide the middle out and the front part needs to slide as if you're sill pushing it through otherwise it looks false just how yours did, ie the front looks like it moves leaving the rear behind. You have to push the two together then the front moves a bit more after. If you watch Harbin (the inventor) perform this, he gets it right.
