What other tips would you add to this list? Do you agree or disagree with the things I shared?

Rectangle6373 perfectly named 😂 that was good, you can also extend this video to talk about the back to beauty render element, which lets you use the composite in the VFB and adjust actual render elements without ever touching photoshop. Also its been mentioned but just wanted to add that lightmix should only be used for fine tuning lights, values over 3 will begin to produce noise as shown in this tutorial, intensity values should be adjusted in the actual vray lights themselves or you can adjust in ligthmix and use the TO SCENE option to transfer those values directly to your lights.

You're right! I should totally produce a video about BackToBeauty. Like I said, this list could be really long, so I just focused on a few things that stood out to me with my current project. The Vray Frame Buffer is just awesome when combined with the right render elements. Of course, you are right about the lightmix too. I often use it to figure out what levels I want things at, then adjust the actual light intensity for final renders. Thanks for watching!

You are having the noise when the values on the light mix are too high, the way not to have them is to rerender the scene increasing the value in the light intensity so you don't use too big values in ligthmix.

Yes, you are correct. I had a couple tiny little lights that were turned down way too low in relation to the others. I tried to cheat and pump them up in lightmix, but it made a lot of noise. The best way to avoid this is to do exactly what you said, but for the sake of the video I did not go back and re-render. Thanks for the feedback.

After a render i finished, can we then render a single material in different places without using region render, like changing the color of cabinet handles?

Can you work on multiple images within the frame buffer? I wish you could set it up with each camera separately.
@Learn-archViz Жыл бұрын
That would be really slick. What you can do is save your settings. I do this, then name the files after the camera, so I can always go back to it.

Is there a way to use Light Mix after rendering with Light Cache and Irradiance maps ? I remember it wasn't possible when it first came out. If not - Do you render final renders with Brute force?
@Learn-archViz Жыл бұрын
I don't know cuz I always use brute force. I do use light cache for primary bounces, though
