Repair the city center roads thats equally important no matter how much houses are built if the city center looks the way it is now its terrible harare used to be cleaner what happened repair all the roads in city center then go to high density suburbs to restore those roads too

They should say they are a gvt for Harare only. That’s more accurate. They have never developed Bulawayo, Hwange, Vic Falls, plumtree etc but they take taxes from there
