This is well done! Some of these bands I am unaware of, such as Happy Days, never heard of them... Xasthur, Judas Iscariot and Absu are my more favored in this... I feel there are two other prominent black metal(ish) bands you left out that definitely deserve a spot in perhaps another American BM video. The band Agalloch, "Falling Snow" great band and song. Secrets She Kept from the state of Florida. Both bands are wicked, and have more variable quality and riffs that are "original"

There a lot of theories, some say it is bm after 2nd millenium, some say it is usbm, some say it is usbm with bands like wolves in the throne room and deafheaven on top, some say it is experimental black metal. I really don't care, just listen to some good black :)
