What’s a zine swap?

It’s where a bunch of people make scenes, and then they send them in the mail to one central person and that person sends everyone zines out to all the other people. That’s probably a confusing way to say it but it’s also just one anybody makes a scene and then trades it with someone else who also has a zine.
