Zinky Velvet Noise Issues - Is it a Simple Fix?

Dusting off my Zinky Velvet 25 watt Class A tube amp only to discover some issues. Watch me work through it and play a Stratocaster with handwound pickups from yours truly. Then if you want to can listen to me play way too many notes.

Do you know if this amp is hardwired? Not a ton of information out there on them!

Do you mean hand wired? These were made by Bruce Zinky and it is a PCB construction. Really nice amps, they sound great but Bruce stopped making amps some time ago.
