Zinogre is a quadrupedal monster with superficially lupine features. It has highly developed limbs, sharp fangs and claws. Its forelegs are extremely powerful and can kill prey in one brutal blow. Despite its hulking size, Zinogre is very agile and is able to perform many impressive aerial and land-based maneuvers. The spikes on its body mostly lie flat, but when it has built up an electric charge they stick out vertically into the air.

I've been listening to both the original and World's themes for Zinogre and Glavenus, and I can understand why people would say World's ones aren't as good because they feel softer. I disagree though. I think both versions of the themes are good in their own right, they're just different. From a technical perspective, World's themes are more orchestral and cinematic, and don't seem to put as much energy into the "high notes" (if that's the right word to use) that the originals did. This can make it seem like they don't pack as much of a punch, but I think they transferred that energy into something else: the "booms" and the drums. Take Glavenus' theme for example. The original goes like this: "param-param, pa-pa-param, param, pa-param, param-param" While World's rendition sounds like this: "durun-durun, du-du-durun, durun, du-durun, durun-durun" It's blunt and heavy, almost like hammers clanging and the fire of a forge bellowing, while the original is more flashy, showing off a newly sharpened blade. With Zinogre here, the most obvious difference is the use of the electric guitar. In World's version, it's almost completely absent, very easy to miss if you're not listening for it in the background. However, the drums are heavier and louder, like actual thunder in the distance. The point I'm trying to make here is that World's themes, to me at least, feel more ancient and primal, and I think that's just as cool as the original's energy.

Daniel Zhao I believe all of the monsters seem to be reptilian - like, Zinogre included. Just like Odo, he would look like a furless muscle puppy to the blind eye, but the muscles are actually scales, and he is depicted as a reptile with lupine-like characteristics.

Because Zinogre, if his lounge attack misses you then he can sometimes do a cheeky little back flip out of nowhere and catch u off guard! And he can SPIN ON HIS PAW AND USE THE MOMENTUM TO SHOOT UP IN THE AIR! Btw that back flip requires no momentum at all!

I was expecting him to kick my ass, but surprisingly he wasn't doing much damage. My thunder resistance was only in the 20s too, so I don't understand. Stygian Zinogre gave me more trouble but barely, and I wasn't even prepared for that one. My dragon resistance was at -2 when that happened, and its damage was only moderate. Did these guys get massively nerfed with patches?

It is just a higher quality version of the same grumble like howl, just now he can do a lot of other howls that resemble more of an actual wolf but he will most likely mainly still do his original roar 80% of the time, just this time its in a higher quality. And actually, if you watch his intro cut scene for world, both of the howls there are just a higher quality of the original.
