ZION NATIONAL PARK WITHOUT THE SHUTTLE // KOLOB TERRACE ROAD

On a recent road trip to Utah from Los Angeles, while looking for unconventional Zion national park Utah things to do, and heard about the Kolob Terrace Road in West Zion. This area is less visited than other parts of Zion National Park, and has some amazing Zion hiking trails for beginners.

I wonder if this is the road I drove on a trip to Zion 30 years ago. The whole road was unpaved and I always described the views as other worldly. On the map it looked like this could be that road. It was so long ago that I'm not sure. I would love to do it again.
