She is right about motherhood being a mom of two kids with not much help in abroad , the stress of raising children especially when they are young it’s very challenging, stressful, and can raise your blood pressure up especially when your children are young it’s like they depend on you for almost everything you are almost always on your feet every time they are up all their waking up hours even a little bit after they sleep that’s when you finish things up, finishing tidying up , get things in order and ready for tomorrow and get time for your self , sometimes get time to wash up maybe since morning if they didn’t take a nap or your husband was away for work the whole day for 13-16 hours. It’s not easy if you don’t take care it can age you like I don’t know what. It takes the grace of God and it takes God to give you wisdom, strength, perseverance. And some of the men they will provide but won’t cater to your emotional needs and don’t want to help much you will talk saa asking for them to help you at home till it register in their head. These kind of things can age you keke. And then on top of that they will want sex from you after being exhausted day in day out. Smh it’s hard for us mothers esp when you are a new mother and you happen to have your kids back to back and you don’t have much help. Motherhood it’s a full time job plus more (overtime). I know what she is talking about. You can’t hide, you can’t take a break, even when you want to go to the bathroom to pee, or shower some kids wil follow you there . You have to multitask n it’s like your mind be racing thinking about different things all the time n you have to be super vigilant some of the kids are troublesome n can get hurt easily even when you take your eyes off them or turn your back on them for one minute they are falling off a chair or doing something bad when you lest expect. I know what she is talking about about motherhood and marriage . Marriage is not easy at all. Two people that come from different homes, lifestyles, upbringing , (even if you from the same culture, tribe, speak the same native language) merging together. It takes the grace of God.
