Ahh... Duct tape! Never go on a hike or camping without it!! Very versatile tool/ fix 'em upper!! I had a blowout with my favorite hiking boots. Too much mountain hiking I guess... (I have had these boots for over 6 years, which is not bad with all the hiking and climbing I do!) So after a full day of it, coming down a very steep mountain, my foot ripped right out the front of the boot!! The stitching just ripped! But, I always have duct tape (learned from my dad. He always had duct tape on hand). So I just taped it up! And made it out just fine. It's also a good band-aid 😁 I ripped my hand open when I slid in gravel on my dirt bike. But I wasn't ready to call it a day, so, patched it up with... You guessed it!! Duct tape!!! Never leave home without it. 👍

I used to have an iron blueberry about that same color back in the nineties. Mine was a Ford econoline.with no windows except. In the back. We had a full sized futon bed in it and an Ice chest. It was great for camping and napping after test, while in college..

Great video! Oh! I should tell you! I bought one of your recommendations (LED string lights with brackets?) for indoor use! I had a kitchen with no light for years: was using plug in night lights (not kidding) and a mirror to get light in there. No decent place to mount an overhead light, and no counter space for a lamp. So I used one of your links to get the LED string lights you use for camping and filming at night? The ones with many colors, flash, etc. I love them. They totally changed my world. I can actually see well into my cupboards, and can change the light to soft gold or red at night when not in the kitchen. So cool. Thank you Brooke. You give good tips.

That Ford van brought back happy memories. My friend and I took a girl trip to Florida from Michigan in one right around 1979. The van was brown and brand new. We put a feather tick in the back to sleep on. What fun!

Reminds me of Dutchman Peak in the Oregon Siskiyou mountains. 7,417 feet asl. I spent time there as a forest fire lookout. Feeding the three striped ground squirrels. And, oh yeah. Report a fire once in a while.
