Hi Mr. Ziv, at 6:33 when you reduce/contour the bone with a round bur, do you just use a regular high speed air driven dental handpiece with a round diamond bur? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Great outcome but commentary during the procedure would be very helpful especially for those who haven't done a full arch lengthening eg; what is the T-shaped guide called?; how far from the cej do you want the bone?; How much attached gingival tissue was available pre surgery; How do you like to "thin" the alveolus. All of the things that come to your mind while you're doing the surgery
