Bei Lacan war hysterische Selbstinzenierung sicherlich Mittel stilistischen Verführung der Moden, um seine Lehre in den Rang der Berüchtigtheit zu erheben und die 200 Schiffchen des Aristoteles seetüchtig zu machen (und auch tüchtig abzusahnen). Aber wie du selber sagst - der Charakter bedeutet nichts angesichts des Werks. Diese Kritik jedoch aus dem Mund eines Rübezahls in der Tonne, der seine eigenen Mankos als scheinbar authentische camoufliert, um dieses kaum erträglich zischende und spuckende Gelispel und die nervöse Gehetztheit und hyperkinetische Zappelphilisterei in den Rang eines theatralischen Markenzeichen angeblicher Unverstelltheit zu rücken? - damit man sich selber in den Lichtkegel des Scheinwerfers rückte, von dem aus die gebrochene Gestalt Halbschatten werfen möchte auf die Imperative des Nichtgeniessendürfens? Gibt es nicht genug andere Schauplätze, als stattdessen nicht mal den Mut zu haben, die übliche Banalität zu begehen, den eigenen Vater zu ermorden, sondern ihn stattdessen in jenen (hier eigenen) Dreck des Atopos zu ziehen, vom dem Zupancic spricht (hat man solche Freunde hat - benötigt man keine Feinde - in Verwechslung mit: Viel Feind, viel Ehr)? He has said elsewhere that he uses Lacan to read Hegel. Hegel is at the top of his thinking.

here we may discover why Zizek is basically an apologetic Lacanian and Hegelian, but not original thinker in the sense he does not invent his own language, concepts, what Deleuze raised as the main labor of philosophy. He does not understand that invention in thinking comes precisely from the inventions in style. Lacan's way of talking is precisely his way of thinking with attention to every sentence, even word.
