He was not a perfect man, but I don't think he wanted to hurt anyone. I think he helped more people with his soothing voice and he will forever, as Christ is forever ready for you when You are ready.

The Most Powerful, pure crisp, clear voice EVER. He made gospel music popular because you're not suppose to sing that music in the world, that's just suppose to be sung in church. But Elvis included it in his shows, on the Ed Sullivan Show. They didn't want him to do that. RCA didn't want him singing & recording gospel albums & songs & ended up winning grammy awards for gospel music--ARE You kidding me? Winning grammy awards for gospel music. He told them on the Ed Sullivan Show that he promised his mom that he was going to do Peace In the Valley & he did & listen to them scream & holler for it. Incredible. They screamed & hollered in Concerts about it as if it was Don't Be Cruel or You Gave Me a Mountain. He may VERY well have been a famous singer just for gospel music. Good Day!

Elvis was one of the greatest artist to live....There is no doubt that he is in heaven. He loved the Lord through his gospel music and in his heart. We are all sinners saved by grace and mercy. Who is Grace? Jesus Christ. Thank you Lord for allowing us to have someone share his talents with us and still be able to enjoy his music today. How awesome. Lisa Marie your Father was in our home growing up on Friday night, when they would play his movies. Loved his movies. Still watch them when I can today. How Great Thou Art is one of my favorites.
