ZL Equalizer by ZL Audio, FREE for all platforms

This is a very versatile FREE Dynamic EQ for Mac, PC and Linux.

I'm afraid not. Here's a quote from the developer when asked about it. "For AAX, I have to get approval from Avid. I haven't applied it yet, maybe someday I will...."

What Reaper theme you are using?

It's one of the old Themes called Default_3.0m. Still available on the Reaper website the last time I looked.
