Yes this one is designed for function and in order to capture the air for downforce it needs to be that tall. The fins were also needed to make sure the structure remains strong and could stand up to occasional bumps.

@snakebyte72715 жыл бұрын
@Work Play Drive Waiting on my BMR lower trailing arms when looking at the studs on the stand offs i hope they are long enough to go through the pad & brace into the threaded cross member now in theory what i should do is measure the distance from the bottom of the cross member to the bottom of the brace take that measurement off the top of the stand offs plenty of thread inside & re tap if need be i believe it is M6 X 125 this would give me a longer stud & put it back into spec as designed we will see when my trailing arms arrive will keep you posted & thanks again for sharing your informative videos much appreciated.

Hey WPD! Subcriber here from NY. Love all of your videos. Got myself a Redeye Widebody in November and I'm starting my mods. it would be pretty cool looks wise to add a surround for the exhaust but the issue would be adding more surface area to scrape on the ground. The diffuser is for function and to grab the air it needs to be low, they added the vanes for stability, IMO to extend this over the exhaust would look great, but remove the safe areas where you can take those driveway slopes at an angle.
