This could not be any more wonderful. Brahms's op. 118, no. 2 had been one of my most loved piece for perhaps six decades. Since you are one of my favorite pianists, Ms. Chochieva, I expected to be thrilled. I was; I am. Thank you.

Beautiful beyond words. This made my day much brighter. This piece has a bitter sweetness to it. Will you be coming to the US this autumn Zlata? I really hope to be able to see you soon, I sadly missed you the last time you were here in Bard New York. I hope to see you the next time you are here. I hope you are doing very well and look forward to the day I can see you play here. 🌼

Huge Brahms lover here - especially the intermezzos ! Have you heard Reger's intermezzo's ? They must surely have been influenced by Brahms !
@andresgunther Жыл бұрын
Wow, Reger's Six Intermezzi are masterpieces, and reveal him as Schumann and Brahms' [unfortunately forgotten] musical heir. Also Unfortunately Reger's piano works are so difficult to play and understand that probably he will remain forgotten in the foreseeable future 😥
