@@leif1075 when there are three notes at the same time to play you can either play a triple stop or a broken chord. Triple stop is played with a low contact point and pushing down the middle string a bit.

Long, elaborate and enjoyable is what this video is about. It's well thought out, logical and to the point. Some compelling Paganini sets the tone and there are other beautiful moments too. The authoritative encyclopedia of bow strokes by zlata. What a body of work and putting the timestamps in that's nice of you. I'm having enough trouble not squeaking like a cat. Honestly not all that much but when I start using the metronome and trying to have the proper beat and rhythm it's right back to squeaking like a 😺 haha but still it's a great resource for a lot of people and maybe someday me.

My word. 😂 I was just listening to De Falla's Dance Espagnol (a piece still out of my league but it sounds so cool I'd love to learn) and the triple/quadruple stops in there for the life of me I could not figure out how to play those. Would love to hear how to do this or whether there is a special technique to play those?

Absolute masterpiece, it is really hard to distinguish each technique separately but, really inspiring that people made so many variations just from 2 degrees i.e pressure and time. I wonder how I was playing 60% of those even not knowing those are different. It really clarified my query about playing chords. Thank you very much ❤+1 Just one question, Is it possible to play inversions of chords? is there any special name for that?
