19:38 Yeah it has a 180 day cooldown now. The thing is, like you said, the cooldown starts ticking when you actually click the event so it's still not worth clicking (Unless you have very high CCR I guess) because then you can delay the cooldown even further (6 months -> 10 months). It's kinda weird way to do it since Paradox mentioned it was to prevent people holding off of clicking it.

If you make someone a non core eyalet they can joing your war. If they do you can transfer occupations to them and feed them land even if you yourself are not touching said land. Unfortunately when conquering provinces by this method, their province war score cost and ae impact is what matters not the overlords but still. Nogai as a non core eyalet would have been very useful

@ZlewikkTV non core eyalet liberty desire just counts all troop and money of all non core eyalets. They do not affect core eyalets. Having just 2 non core eyalet would never be enough liberty desire to hurt you. They act like regular vassals and im pretty sure that the 200 force limit ottomans can handle 2 vassals with like 100 and 200 dev (which btw can be remade into core eyalets once you finish feeding them land....)

How was Castille, which should be independent according to 06:27, able to keep some provinces in continental spain south of Navarra? Shouldn't that block the achievement?

You should re-check achoevements requirements as they were changed 2 patches ago :). It used to be 325 provinces, but strict. Now you need 425 out of 475 in specified regions. So it's harder because 100 more provinces and easier at the same time because you can leave a few like I did in Iberia :)

Why not just vassalize the Timurids and consolidate all the Persia region under one Eyalet? It seemed strange how you made Transoxiana a subject instead.

I made both of them subjects, because I could, diplomatically. It's much better to have multiple smaller eyalwts vs one big. What's strange about it? :)

@@ZlewikkTV If you don't mind, please explain. Usually the standard thinking is to consolidate vassals to preserve diplo slots and to make one really strong march. Would one huge Timurid eyalet be too rebellious?

@@Organic_Chemistry_Junkie eyalets dont take diplo slots. It's better to have 10 small subjects than one big simply because of base tax and basic fl each one will have :l
