For anybody doing this achievement themselves, once you get to about 70k sailors you can safely exploit dev in all of your coastal provinces to overflow the cap. Exploiting dev basically gets you 5 years worth of sailors and the sailors cap is 10 years worth of sailors

Pegu was my first serious iron man run, is a fun nation, with a better mission tree i think you can play it in multiplayer, as a tall nation, good rulers and events.

I can't wait to see you do the Pirate achievements! Freest Man in the World, Yarr Harr, and Pirate Bay of Janjira are easily done in one campaign! (even if New Providence is probably not the best country for Freest Man)

I think an interesting campaign would be "Yarr Harr a Pirate's Life For Me" and "The Freest Man in the World". Just did a pirate run for those and I'd love to see how much better you could do it lol.

Zlewikk, in perks in flagship is flagship cannons better than engagement width? I see you pick it a lot, I think engagement width is better in naval battles, but maybe the reason is that is not worth in battles in early game, because you don't fill a full width?
