It warms my heart to hear Jeff defend Rooster Teeth in the wake of all the controversy. Him and Monty were clearly close, and Monty will have told him many things about the future of the show to help him write his songs. So if Jeff feels like RWBY is heading in the direction Monty would want, then that is more than good enough to convince me.

I had never seen Jeff Williams, though I listen and love rwby ost, but seeing him getting so emotional whne talking about Monty around the end made be cry. I'm not the type to usually, but the feelings he shared touched me deep. This was the kind of tears you're proud to shed. Love to him and his family.

He was Responding to the Shane Newville basically saying rooster teeth didn't follow Montys Vision, saying he wouldn't have done volume 3 if that was the case. He said in his talks with Monty about the direction were RWBY was going is where the show went. Guessing he disagrees what Shane typed. Which only makes sense since Kerry and Miles as writers prob had a better idea where the show was headed more so then a animator.

I feel bad for those that wanted to finish Monty's legacy, Roosterteeth made sure that wouldnt happen when they selled out to Fullscreen then fullscreen soldout to Warner. Stay independent or soon you find yourself under the thumb of those who could care less.

I was really disappointed with this panel when I when at RTX. I left about 30 minutes in because it seemed like Jeff and his crew didn't really have an agenda except to plug the RWBY live performance at ACL which of course was not included with the weekend passes.

The RWBY musicians talking up a RWBY concert at an RWBY music panel? And even answering fans questions? Yes...how utterly disappointing....

The RTX stunt team panel put this one to shame. The motion capture animators, the choreographer, and all of the stunt team members gave live demonstations of their individual styles and moves, re-created some fight scenes from RWBY, and they talked about how they got involved with Rooster Teeth; then at the end, they took questions from the audience. That's a panel with an agenda. This one didn't really have one.

Jeff said that it's an act he put up himself, not Rooster Teeth. He rented the location, and it appears that he even lost money for that. It wasn't advertised much before or around the convention. I only came around to know about it by randomly checking Jeff's journal on the RT site. So they introduced everyone, advertised the show they put up for the fans to the fans, and they went on to questions within 15 minutes, to allow the fans to steer the panel in directions they want. I enjoyed the panel. I'm sorry that you didn't.

Sheesh. That is hardly a fair criticism.This comment is a typical example of how no matter what you do people will complain. She could be a very reserved quiet modest type. She doesn't have to talk much if she doesn't want to, to make you feel better. And all she does is the vocals. I don't want to discredit her for her talent and hard work but at the end of the day its mostly her dad who is the real musician here, so it makes sense that she will let him do the bulk of the talking, not the other way around.
