If you don't have a Ruan Mei, do not fret! Asta will be fine. Although Ruan Mei maybe the best support right now for break teams, similar to how Robin replaced her in FUA, eventually they will release a dedicated break support in the future for Firefly. If I'm wrong and they don't do it before 3.0 comes out, I'll shave my head and do a face reveal.

Weakness Break Efficiency is what makes RM a must for Firefly. Faster break means the more break dmg you can dish out. Not to mentioned super break scales off of toughness break which can be buffed by break efficiency. She also has Res Pen which can further boost the break dmg. The “Asta is fine” propaganda is not true if u want Firefly’s E1 or S1 instead of RM. Go pull RM after you manage to get E0S0 Firefly. Well if u pull for Firefly E2 then that’s a diff story

hey @zmm1337 love your videos, but was a bit confused on this one by how you chose to battle. I don't think gepard is a summoned unit, as he was already on field on battle start as we can see by firefly's techinique animation doing damage as soon as the battle starts. Hitting him does not count for points, but the only units cocolia summoned were the ice spears. Also I don't think you should have focused on gepard at the start. Cocolia had the technique implanted fire weakness on her, wouldn't it be better to focus on cocolia as the splash damage of the enhanced skill would get both gepard and the fire weak ice spear? Also, hatblazer can help break gepard because gepard is weak to immaginary and once he is broken he will be dead by super break damage from firefly's splash damage, gallagher's super break damage or even hatblazer's super break, specially since he takes more damage from immaginary. It seems to me you're only slowing down the battle by killing him first. Not that it really matters though, as firefly has enough actions and damage to finish this in no time at all, as you've showed! Anyway, I was wondering about these choices and if there's something I'm not seeing that makes it worth it to go after gepard first, thanks for the great content as usual.

​@@Chibis_off yeah the game for sure does some rounding in the background when it comes to the numbers it actually shows us my sparkle has 164 speed and could do with 4 speed less... she has 2 pieces with 4 speed, if i take one off the speed drops to 160 which is as expected. if i take the other one off instead it drops to 159 even tho it only should drop to 160 as well... ofc the second piece was the one i would like to get rid of, because it is trash besides the speed and i already rolled such a nice new piece for her. you can imagine the look on my face when i took the piece off and my speed dropped by 5 instead of 4. i double checked with the other piece and it only dropped to 160... i guess the second piece has slightly higher decimals and sums up to 1 extra speed together with the other pieces sparkle wears.. it is just stupid that the game seems to show the numbers rounded. my speed pieces on sparkle are: 6 + 9 + 7 + 4 + 4 + 25 = 55 + 6% set + 101 base = 162,06 speed and yet she reaches 164 speed, because of decimals i can't see... be that as it may now i am stuck with two 4 speed pieces - one good, one trash - but i can't take the trash one off, because it makes the char drop 5 speed xD

From what i’ve heard, in general FFs signature lightcone is around 8-10% better than Fall of an Aeon. The speed debuff from her signature doesn’t *always* guarantee an extra attack against the enemy before they recover from break, so in those cases the speed debuff doesnt get any value, but in cases where the debuff DOES give you an extra attack before the enemy recovers, it leads to about another 8% damage increase overall. So it depends on the scenario whether or not the speed debuff leads to a damage increase

In many cases it doesn't even give smth to the team, i suppose even your scenario won't be any different w/o sig, simply cuz u r 2 fast As you saw in zmm's vid, once enemy is broken, it's the end of encounter/phase, her lc is NOT able to make difference here (and if, just assuming now, if your htb broke enemy, poor enemy gotta be delayed into next era, thus rm's delay is useless, not to mention all of other options) So, we're left with very questionable use.. basically, just for lulz you might get her lc, and, maybe, passive will bring value Yet, many interesting units should come out soon, why don't save for 'em?

And that's without her having any weakness implant, she only ignores weakness with the toughness bar, her weakness ignore doesn't make her ult do extra damage to all enemy types just in case you didn't know. The reason why she can brute force is because she just naturally does so much damage. I don't think she is healthy for the game at all because all this powercreep and OP mechanics they give to characters forces the devs to significantly increase enemy scaling like you can see with this mode where enemies have ridiculous amounts of HP. This just causes older characters to get left behind faster.

The breakpoint about 151 actually doesn't really work. Assuming you can get her ultimate back immediately, if you have 151 speed, you'll get 4 enhanced actions every ~ 210 (143 in enhanced form every time + 10k/151 ~= 66) which accounts for 1 enhanced action every 52.5AV. If you instead have 149 speed, you'll get to go back into her ult form immediately after it ends which results in 3 enhanced actiosn every ~143 which turns out to be 1 enhanced action every around 48 AV. This makes the assumption that u can get a 1T ult and I'm not sure how true that would be but I don't think saying 151 as a universal break point captures the nuances. Of course 151 speed front loads ur damage significantly and will probably be more damage than 149 for a while due to that but I think speed tuning for ff has a lot more nuances than other chars who either are "get 134 and ur done" or "just get as much as possible." In general, because ff's av does not reset at the end of her form unlike robin, it makes calculations have a bit more nuance. Another break point that might be noteworthy is that if you want 3 enhanced actions on your first cycle, you would want 164 speed on ff before ult and there are just a lot of numbers to be done.

@@Chibis_off Please do your research before ridiculing people (if at all. I don't really see the reason to do this). I did a quick search with just "firefly" on youtube and of theose who I could find long enough game play of, god doggo's video at 6:52, moon's video at 13:20, and mr pokke's vid at 13:38 all had 1 turn ults and I couldn't find any cases where she did NOT get a 1 turn ult. As I understand, She can still get energy from getting hit and getting kills. Considering how strong she is. I don't think it's that unreasonable to think that she can fairly consistently get a 1t ult.

It is possible, i didn't say it's not, but on dps we must know our rotation clearly or else it's just an in-combat gamba, which i myself don't like, but well yeah, maybe it's just me And "ridiculing".. if "xd" for you is ridiculing someone's opinion as a whole, than i don't know, can't find any words, really

better use huohuo for healer but if you dont have huohuo use gallhanger first or other healer you have or using shield like march 7th or other persevation to protect firefly

You don't need and straight up don't want crit on Firefly at all. Just focus break effect, atk and speed.

Her E2 is basically Seele's Resurgence but even better, afaik it's one of, if not the best DPS E2 in the entire game

go for E2S0 dood. extra action is always better than dmg amp. S5 fall of an aeon is a really good f2p LC for her. E0-E1 FF can do 3-4 actions after casting ult. it's +2 more actions now at E2.
