Junkies on terrorize Zingalume residents

Some residents of Lusaka's Zingalume area have appealed to government to operationalise Mwembeshi police post, which was re-constructed 6 years ago.
The residents have narrated to ZNBC news that over the years, crime has increased due to lack of police presence in the area.
