I went through what you went through with my marriage. I told my father giver I don't want to do this wedding and he told me nothing is holding me back. But when I thought of family members flying over and the money that was put out for it to happen I decided to do it anyway . I tried to put on a brave face and give everyone the impression that I was happy. After the wedding when everyone left I couldn't hold it in no longer I cried so much until it hurt . The marriage didn't last long I couldn't continue faking and so I got divorced .
