Ideally you scale 20%-30% and wait 14 days, but I have also done it every few days just depending on how high the ROAS and how aggressive you want to be.

Thank you very much! if i have not enough shopping data, can i run the ROAS biding? or can i run the smart shopping campaign? Should new advertisements accumulate a certain amount of data before running ROAS advertisements?

Great question! Typically if I am don't have any data in the account, I wait tell I have at least 30 conversion over the past month before running ROAS bidding.
