I literally HATE being a teenager during this society, anxiety and depression has became a trend now rather than an issue? Shout out to the people are actually going through mental issues because it is hard, and sometimes you cant speak to anyone about it because it is now a trend and sometimes you dont even know what is going on. Whether your popular or not depends on how much likes/followers you've got, what phone you have, and whether you drink alcohol at the age of 15. The fact that there's 9 year olds with Iphones now, is just really sad and terrifying for what our future holds.

Social media sucks so much sometimes. It's like you can't escape from your friends, which as someone with anxiety it can be hard. I think I have a lot of reliance on turning my phone off at times and living in the moment! Some of the things that can be said can be so vicious and with the pressures of school and no way to escape it's pretty easy to feel trapped. Idk if I'm the only one that gets this but

U actually help me so much, u think literally the same as me, I suffer with generalised anxiety disorders and depression, I struggle getting into school and its hard but knowing u and so many others are similar actually help, but one thing we don't have in common is u hate swimming and i love it, I'm a county swimmer and swim 7hours a week so, ik u probably won't see this but I just wanna say thanks and i love you❤️❤️

Hello Zoe, I think you're so right with what you said about the whole social media things and that in your teenager time only where you and your friends. Beacause that is something what it's really annoying me on these platforms and I dont understand why it's so much weight on how mich follower you have f.e... Sometimes I actually think my life would be much less stressfull without social media just because I'm a person that is sometimes really upset with this "fake friends" thing (not necessarily including me)... But I hace to say there are positive sides ofit f.e tagging friends on funny posts on Instagam😂😉
