I so love the way you use dry colors for shading. I think of all of the cake tutorials on You Tube, your coloring always ends up looking the most realistic and impacting because of this technique. I would love to know why you choose sometimes to use the pressed Petal dusts and others use the loose rainbow dusts? I'm wanting to invest in some dry colors to try your techniques on my own cakes, but I'm wondering if I can only afford one set to start with whether the loose or packed colors are more useful, generally? Thank you so much, and I look forward to seeing more!
