Many celebrities get chemical peels and laser on their face to get rid of scars. Her skincare routine probably helped keep the acne away. She might have also been using prescribed creams (tretinoin) or medication (like birth control) that she obviously can’t show here because you need prescriptions for them.

I've heard this about my (extremely acne prone) skin too, and it's only clear because I spend upwards of $100 a month on supplements and topical treatments, and it stays mostly clear as long as I stick to my routine. Probably same for her. It takes so much effort and then people look at you like "but you're tripping because your skin is perfect."
