It’s very good advice, but how does one protect themselves from being trapped in that world once they’ve identified with it?

by realizing you are ultimately a guest in that world and the gates of that world are locked from the inside. Before entering that world you must descend while holding the ropes of above that will allow you to pull yourself out one again but this time while carrying along with you those that you are saving

the language of the zohar is not like the talmud bavli but is similar to the talmud yerushalmi
