Looking for a CRM to keep track of investor targets for startup fundraising, and then develop mailing list to keep them updated. So, I might have 20 investors for a round. Is the funding round the Product? or the Deal? Thanks!

OK - paused on 58 seconds.....I'm a sole trader, in the service sector. I'm looking fo a CRM (never used one) which will enable me to input possible leads/contacts, bulk email them offering my service, send and track follow-up emails and show conversions from lead to prospect to deal. Hoping this offers what I want.

One man band, running a venue, so looking for the ability to keep track of customer enquiries, conversion and if they book, all the way through event planning and follow up for reviews. Really just looking for something that will act like my daily to do list with lots of different clients at different stages of the process

I sell corporate offices so a deal is an address, I may have 25 potential buyers for a specific address. how do enter all 25 buyers associated with a specific address (a Deal) and track each potential buyer for that address through the deal pipeline?

I would class each deal as separate with the contact. Make the Address a product you're selling in the deal. Then you can see all that are attached to the product while having all the information on individuals in their own crm.
