Hi ScientificApproach! We may circle back and record a full video on this, but for now, here are the steps in Bigin: Access Settings (cog icon in top right hand corner) > Toppings submenu in right-hand vertical menu > "Setup Now" button in the Google placard. I hope this is helpful!

I'm a one man band and only have individuals that I sell to. Zoho CRM while I was excited years ago when I started using it I soon lost interest. Bigin seems like it is going to be perfect. It would have been nice if you could have set up a new company and person, etc. created a deal, sent an email, task etc. so I could see how it all fit together.

Thanks for the overview, but it's a bit annoying that you keep repeating that this a very down-sized version. I would guess that the majority of the viewers are looking for a simpler and not to expensive solution suited for small business customers. It is obvious for the viewer that there is far more powerful CRM solutions out there.
