Amazing as usual - can't wait for implementation time. Highly recommend Lior to anyone that needs help with Zoho!

Thanks Lior! As always, it has been really clear. As you said, I couldn't find any other source of information about Command Center besides Zoho's. With your explanation, I see it much clearer as an automation process more focused on the marketing side. From reading their documentation, the scope was more like a super blueprint that would connect among modules. But then, trying to use Command Centre, I fell short with a lot of current blueprint features and capabilities which were impossible to be done in command centre. In addition, recent blueprint updates now allow interacting with other modules so I couldn't see the value in Command Centre from Zoho's perspective. But with your video I can see in which situations this feature can be a great tool. THANKS!

Thank you for the great analysis. I see that you got the hang of both Blueprint and the CC. Impressive!

Just a short question Lior - Did you get any specific training from ZOHO to learn CommandCenter in-depth or did you test it by yourself? Just wondering, because I implement 3 CC but ZOHO specialist sometimes hardly could answer my simple questions. I'm curious if you have any more detailed course about this topic

I am doing zoho for 5 years. I learned everything from trial and error. Lots of pain brother :)

I like that one can reflect processes across different modules. However, if you come across a one-to-many relation it seems useless.

Thats a good question. I will need to play with it more. No idea how it will take place but I am with you. Looks dead in those situations.
