Hi Michelle, Quotes and Estimates are the same, however, when you integrate Zoho CRM to Zoho Books the basic Zoho CRM Quotes Module is replaced with the Zoho Books Estimates Module. Hope this answers your question.

If a business uses zoho commerce, this makes a Sales order each time a sale is made in books automatically. But not in CRM. So I was wondering how to make a workflow for each time a Sales Order is made in books; make a new deal on CRM. thanks
