Thanks again for the excellent video! I do have another question around contacts and leads. We have a number of contacts we are planning on reaching out to. Can you have a Contact that is not tied to a lead right away? Some of our Contacts are people we haven't been in touch with for quite a while. They may have moved companies or positions. Is it possible to setup a contact first and then assign them to a lead afterwards?

Amazing video! It was exactly what I need to get started. I do have some questions. I'm not clear on using the email portion of the Zoho CRM Free version. We use Google Workspace for an email provider. I use Gmail as my client and my business partner uses Thunderbird (for now). Does Zoho CRM free version link to our email client if we send an email through it? Do we need to do that? What are the best practices around contacting clients via email and what do people using the free version typically do?

Is account and contact depicts customer? Or it is the company worker?

Generally it is Companies (accounts) & People (contacts) you have dealt with. Someone you have provided a quote for. Obviously not all will win. So most will be customers but not all. You can setup a segment for TYPE employee of your company too. So can be company staff aswell.
